What makes him so special? It’s not just about big achievements or loud accolades but the small, consistent actions that show his character. Whether it’s lending a helping hand when needed, cracking a joke to lighten the mood, or just being someone who listens without judgment, he’s always there.

James Williams
Bro. James C. Williams IV is a devoted and transformational leader within Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., with a legacy of service spanning two decades. A proud Life Member, he was initiated in Spring 2004 through the Epsilon Zeta Chapter at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to uplifting communities, strengthening brotherhood, and advancing organizational excellence.
Bro. Williams has held numerous leadership roles at every level of the fraternity, including Vice President of Epsilon Zeta, Epsilon Rho Lambda, and Nu Gamma Lambda; Associate Area Director (ANCA); Area Director (ANCA); Alpha Advisor (EZ & NI); Chief Dean (ANCA & NJAAPAC); Acting Area 3 Director (NJAAPAC); and currently serves as President of Nu Gamma Lambda. His dedication has culminated in his current role as Executive Director to the Director IV of the New Jersey Association of Alpha Phi Alpha Chapters (NJAAPAC).
His work has earned numerous honors, including the Area Director of the Year Award, the District Director's Capital Achievement Award for Social Advocacy, and the 2023 Legacy Driven Award for Racial Justice. As President of the Camden County National Pan-Hellenic Council, he has further strengthened collaboration among Divine Nine organizations by expanding membership and reclaiming inactive chapters.
Bro. Williams is a visionary builder—known for developing leaders, promoting social justice, and championing generational change. His unwavering dedication to both fraternity and community embodies the very spirit of Alpha.

Qu'Derrick Covington
Brother Qu'Derrick Covington, the CEO/Executive Director of Tulsa Initiative, is a widely recognized speaker, presenter, leadership development coach, and mentor who has captivated audiences nationwide with his powerful messages.
Bro. Covington was initiated in Spring 2015 through Epsilon Zeta at Fayetteville State University, and with an impressive track record of speaking to crowds exceeding 3000, he has delivered interactive workshops, seminars, and keynote addresses that leave a lasting impact.
Qu'Derrick is recognized as one of the most influential voices of his generation. Touching the lives of individuals of all ages. Most recently, he was recognized by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity as a member of the 40 Under 40 Class and facilitated the Alpha South Pitch Competition during the fraternity's 95th Southern Regional Convention.
Myles White
Myles White is an emerging leader in collegiate athletics, with a strong foundation in athletic operations, marketing, and program administration. A proud graduate of Fayetteville State University and Spring initiate of 2021, Myles earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a concentration in Sport Management in Fall 2022. He went on to complete his Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Management from East Carolina University in Spring 2023. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Management at Troy University, with an expected graduation in Fall 2026.
Professionally, Myles serves at Fayetteville State University as the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing, Development, and Operations, where he plays a vital role in enhancing the department's brand, coordinating external engagement efforts, and overseeing game day and facility operations. In this role, he manages marketing initiatives, supports fundraising efforts, and helps create a high-quality experience for student-athletes, fans, and stakeholders.
In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Myles also serves as the Director of Football Operations for the university's football program. In this capacity, he oversees the day-to-day logistics of the program, including team operations, travel coordination, practice planning support, and communication between coaching staff, student-athletes, and external partners.
Myles' combined experience in operations, development, and football administration paired with his ongoing doctoral studies positions him as a rising professional in collegiate athletics, with aspirations to continue advancing leadership and operational excellence within the field.
